By taking advantage of our List for Free Program, our customers save thousands of dollars. Instead of our customers paying the 3.5% for the first $100,000, along with 1.5% of the selling price, Broadview assumes the cost for your property’s listing commission.

18 Month Mortgage Rate Hold

Looking for some financial security when receiving a mortgage rate? At Broadview we have worked with our preferred lenders to give our homeowners additional peace of mind. Our preferred lenders are offering 18-month rate holds for the duration of the build.

If rates go down clients could receive a reduced rate before their closing date. Property appraisals are done up front at time of application and the mortgage will be done at approved amount.

With the uncertainty of interest rates in the current market, lock in now with our extended rate holds to give you even more of a sense of reassurance.

Virtuo Home Concierge Service
